Trade Terms and conditions
When using the Hopper website, apps and services (the “Services”) you accept these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Consequently, these Terms constitute a binding agreement between Hopper ApS, Hopper ApS , Lyskær 3C, DK – 2730 Herlev , Org No 39432951 and you as the user of the Services.
Hopper proprietary rights and limited license
Any content of our Services, hereunder content, design, infrastructure, underlying data, software and code are proprietary to our suppliers or us.
Hopper grants you a non-exclusive, non- transferrable license revocable at any time at our discretion to access and use our Services according to the Terms. Use of the Services does not grant you any intellectual property rights in or to any information or content in the Service.
Using the Service
The purpose of our Service is as described in our webpage or application and the Terms from time to time.
You agree in the use of the Service to comply with the Terms and any applicable laws, to use the Service only for your personal purposes, not to submit unlawful, offensive, and abusive or in other ways inappropriate material in the use of the Service, retain all necessary consent before submitting any information as a part of the Service. You agree not to distribute or post spam, large files or to perform any other activities that may harm the Service or Hopper or other users.
In the use the Service or parts hereof, you may be required to register as a user and create a user account with username and password and you may need to provide us with certain personal information and consents to data processing for us to be able to provide certain of our Services. You will be requested to provide such specific consents during the registration process.
You may terminate your registration at any time if you do not wish to use the Service.

The use of our Services are or may become subject to payment of a user fee. The fees will be according to our price list from time to time and will be announced in connection with the Services. The same will apply for any changes in fees.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” Hopper does not in any way warrant the Service will be fit for your purpose or error or interruption free in any way.
You agree that the use of the Service is at your sole risk. Outside events of gross negligence and willful misconduct, Hopper is not liable for any damages or losses caused by the use of the Service of the inability to use the Service. Hopper is never liable for any indirect incidental, punitive or consequential damages resulting from use of the service or the inability to use the Service.
You agree to defend and indemnify Hopper from all third party claims and other liabilities or losses resulting out of your breach of the Terms, your infringement of any intellectual property rights or any misuse of the Service.
Choice of law
The Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark without any regard to its conflicts of law’s provisions.
Change in terms
Hopper may change the Terms at any time without notice.
Hopper may assign its rights and obligations under the Terms to any company under common control with Hopper. Hopper may furthermore assign its rights and obligations to a third party in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets or otherwise.
